CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: In the event you need to cancel, please contact Kerry Ernst through EMAIL by September 15, 2008 for a full refund. Confirmed registrations who fail to notify WERR of cancellation by this date forfeit all fees paid. A $30 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after September 15. Please note substitutions are welcome.
